Optic Plates for Q4 and Q5 Models can only be requested on new models with Item Numbers starting with 284**** 

**Screws that come with Trijicon optic plate are for Trijicon optics only**

For PDP 1.0 sight cut, the following optics will not work without modification: Vortex Venom, Burris Fast Fire 3, Sightmark M-Spec, Springfield Dragonfly

Know your Sight Cut: Please verify your sight cut before ordering you plate. Not every sight platform is supported by our OEM plates.

We do not carry a plate for the Holosun K series (507K, or 407k) Or the Holosun EPS/EPS Carry. They require a unique mounting footprint, a modification of the Shield RMS/RMSC footprint.
